Maintenance of shot blasting machine blades

The main wearing parts of the shot blasting machine are the side guard plate, the top guard plate, the end guard plate, the blade, the shot wheel and the directional sleeve in the shot blasting machine. If the wear of the wearing parts is severe and untimely replacement will affect the service life of the shot blasting machine. When the shot blasting machine vibrates too much or appears abnormal noise, stop the machine to check the operating status of the wearing parts and check whether foreign objects can enter the shot blasting machine .
After the completion of each shift, the wear condition of the consumables of the shot blasting machine should be checked. The blades are consumables that rotate at high speed and are easily worn during operation. The wear conditions of the blades should be checked frequently. When the following conditions occur, the blade should be replaced
1.Reduce blade thickness by 4-5mm
2.Blade length reduced by 4-5mm
3, the shot blaster is violently shaken
Inspection method:
If the shot blasting device is installed in the shot blasting room where the personnel can easily enter, the blades can be stopped and inspected in the shot blasting room; if it is difficult for the maintenance personnel to enter the shot blasting room, the shot blasting machine roof should be opened and stopped for inspection
