I. Safety requirements before operation
1. Before the operation, relevant personnel should do a good job in labor protection requirements and use related labor protection supplies, such as gloves, goggles, masks, labor protection shoes, aprons, sleeves, etc. The relevant personnel can choose to use according to the actual site conditions.
2. Check the equipment according to relevant standards before operation. For example, check the blade of the shot blaster. When the blade thickness is only 50%, it should be replaced. Check the dust removal condition during the shift. The general requirements are: It is smaller than the normal amount. It is necessary to check the dust removal flue, filter element, funnel, etc., to confirm whether the dust storage container has been cleaned, whether the compressed air supply is normal, and check the fire extinguisher. Are the medium pressure and calcium carbonate capacity normal?
3. When adjusting before the operation, perform idling for five to ten minutes to ensure that the dust in the pipes and shots has been discharged. Of course, this operation can be decided according to the actual situation.
4. To ensure that all parts of the equipment are not abnormal, when placing the workpiece on the roller table or the hanging cage, ensure that the workpiece is not skewed.
2. Safety requirements during operation
1. When the shot blasting machine starts running, it is strictly forbidden to occupy personnel under the roller table, and do not observe or do the operation of clearing the ball facing the direction of the workpiece in the running direction.
2. During the operation, the foreign materials scattered to the surroundings should be cleaned in time to prevent personnel from slipping.
3. While the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to open the observation door and other components.
4. If the power fails, cut off the main power.
5. Dust will be generated during the operation of the equipment. It is strictly forbidden to hit the accumulated dust in the equipment with metal materials to avoid the explosion accident.
6. The dust in the storage should be cleaned regularly to avoid agglomeration of the accumulated dust, which will cause a fire. The dust in the storage must not exceed two-thirds of the volume, and the dust must be stored separately.
If the equipment maintenance operation is to catch fire in the future, the relevant safety, equipment, manufacturing and other departments should be organized to conduct a joint review before the maintenance. When repairing, first consider the methods that do not require fire. , You should thoroughly clean the dust, use flame-retardant materials to cover the flammable position of the shot blasting machine, and prepare wet mops, buckets, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, etc., and have special personnel to monitor.
