PRODUCT FEATURPRODUE

1.It can be equipped with blasting section of steel plate preservation line, also as special purpose equipment for clean steel plate and profiles.

2.Blast wheel layout through computer simulation and optimization, kinetic energy of upper and lower steel shots distributed uniformly.

3.Wearing resistant protective plates inside blasting chamber can be fixed without bolts. Service life of rolled Mn13 can reach to 15,000 hours. Reduce maintenance costs, lower labor intensity.

4.Sealing device of auxiliary chamber adopts patented technology, convenient and fast to replace.

5.Photoelectric detection with multiple functions of width measurement, height measurement, displacement measurement and programmable automation controller.
