Shot blasting machine for processing road surface

WORKING PRINCIPLE

1.Shot material stored in the lower part of the separation box, from the feed pipe go into the blast wheel rotating at high speed driven by the shot blasting motor, theaccelerated shot will be thrown to the cleaning surface at the speed of 80m/s, the high-speed energy shot impact the work Surface, and thus carry out clean up operations. Under the effect of negative pressure, the shot and dust are returned to the separation box, where the shot, dust and impurities will be separated completely. The good shot material into the blasting unit is expected to continue use.The dust and impurities filtered and fall into closed dust box waiting to be processed.
