Under normal circumstances, light and small projectile steel surface will produce surface strengthening phenomenon after projectile impact, which can increase the fatigue strength of about 50%, and its corrosion resistance is nearly doubled; the surface hardness will also increase. After the projectile impact on the surface of the steel, the internal stress of the weld can be eliminated and the surface roughness can be increased, and hidden cracks in the material can be checked. The rusty feature is not available with wet cleaning.

4. It must be equipped with a high-power air compressor station. Under the same cleaning effect, the energy of the trumpet is large. In addition, the cleaned surface is prone to moisture and rust.
5. The cleaning efficiency is low, there are many operators, and the labor intensity is greater than the shot blasting machine.
