1. The shell of Antai shot blasting machine should have reasonable resistance to the impact of steel shots. Exposed coal should be polished flat and smooth or even corrugated surface, surface splash should be cleaned.

2. The blasting room should be filled with rice protection to prevent the casing from being broken through, and the joints of the protection board should have good sealing.

3. The impeller, pill wheel, guide sleeve and guard plate are vulnerable parts, which should be interchangeable and easy to disassemble and secure.

4. The hardness of the impeller, pill wheel, guide and guard should meet the design requirements of paper retention.

5. The inner diameter of the blades, pill wheel, guide sleeve and pill basket should be flat and smooth, and the dimensional tolerance should not be greater than CT13 of GB / T6414, and meet the relevant regulations.

6.The network between the guide inspection and the pill-dividing wheel should meet the design requirements, and the change of the gap caused by eccentricity should not be greater than 1m.

7. Static balance work should be done before installation of the hour wheel, and its static balance force distance should meet the requirements of the design drawings.

8.Antai shot blasting machine should be marked with the direction of rotation of the impeller.

9. The exposed surface of the guide sleeve shall be provided with a positioning mark for adjusting the direction of the ejection opening.

10.The impeller speed of Antai shot blasting machine should meet the design requirements, and the tolerance should be within the range of -5%-+ 5%
