Solving the common problems in the use of resin sand mixer
Solving the common problems in the use of resin sand mixer
(1) Small amount of sand produced
1. Check whether there is sand in the sand warehouse (there is a sand shortage alarm device on the panel of the main electric control cabinet).
2. Re-calibrate the sand output of the sand mixer (see the operating instructions of the sand mixer manual).
3. The blades of the sand mixer are seriously worn, and the height of the blades with severe wear is adjusted or new blades are replaced.
4. The resin sand mixing machine has not been cleaned for a long time in the stirring cage, resulting in agglomeration of residual sand, which results in a small mixing space and a small amount of sand during mixing.
(2) Uneven curing
1. Is the ratio of resin and curing agent uniform?
2. Is there any air leakage in the pipe joint of the curing agent pump or resin pump?
3. Whether the pressure of the gas supply source meets the requirements (0.4-0.6MPa).
4. Whether the curing agent pump, resin pump and liquid material valve are worn and need to be replaced.
5. Too much resin or curing agent impurities cause blockage of the pump and piping.
6. Check if there is any need to replace the resin sand mixer blades.
7. Due to the temperature of the sand during the curing process, the quality of the resin, the amount of curing agent added, and the ambient temperature have a certain relationship, check whether the above conditions have changed.
