1. The concept of shot blasting
     Shot blasting refers to the shot blasting of steel shots at a high speed and a certain angle onto the surface to be treated by a shot blasting machine to achieve the effect of treating the surface to be treated. The processed steel pellets and the materials cleaned from the surface to be treated are returned to the storage box of the shot blasting machine through the recovery channel under the action of the rebounding effect of the shot blasting machine and the airflow of the dust suction equipment of the shot blasting machine The steel shot and the material to be cleaned (dust, impurities, etc.) in the storage box are separated, and the steel shot continues to be circulated inside the shot blasting machine. Shot blasting can be achieved by controlling the flow rate, walking speed of the steel shot blasting machine, and selecting the particle size and shape of the steel shot. Finally, different surface treatment depths and effects can be obtained.
Second, the effect of the processing technology of the concrete shot blasting machine
    1) It can remove the floating slurry and sand layer on the surface of cement concrete;
    2) Capillary holes and micro cracks on the surface of the concrete can be opened, which is conducive to the penetration of the waterproof sealant or waterproof layer into the concrete;
