In the past, customized equipment exported to overseas required the company to send professional installation technicians to overseas customer factories for installation and commissioning. However, due to the impact of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic, installation technicians were unable to arrive at the site for installation.

In order to solve the customer’s problems, Antai Heavy Industries acted quickly, and the “foreign equipment installation team” after the integration of multi-department resources was formally established. It quickly entered the role and came up with a solution in only two days.

We organize the backbone of the technical department and the production department, take advantage of the three-dimensional design of the product, dock the actual installation experience of the installation technicians in the production department, translate the installation instruction manual, and provide three-dimensional animation simulation videos of some product installations. Combined with the customer’s network training, let the customer install it by himself.

This new installation mode not only allows customers to have a better understanding of the product during the installation process, but also allows customers to save 5% to 7% of the total contract costs. The salaries, transportation expenses, and room and board expenses of our company’s installers can be saved, and a single order can save customers at least US $ 5,000.
Indonesian customer Marcus connected on-site, thanks to the installation drawings and services provided by our company, so that we can complete the installation of the equipment as soon as possible, and everything is going smoothly.
