Relevant requirements for rust removal of shot blasting machine
1. Derusting quality level requirements
① All steel surfaces to be coated with water-based inorganic zinc-rich coatings need to be shot blasted or blasted to meet ISO8501-1 (GB8923-88) Sa2.5 requirements.
②When partially repairing the coating, it is necessary to polish the steel surface to ISO8501-1 (GB8923-88) St3 level.
2. Appearance roughness requirements: The appearance roughness requirements should be controlled within the range of 35～65μm.
3. Abrasive
① In order to ensure the regular cleanliness and roughness of the steel surface after shot blasting or blasting, it is recommended to use angular or round stainless steel sand with a particle size of 0.3-0.8mm.
② The abrasive used should be clean and dry, and should not be contaminated by organic matter.
4. Compressed air: compressed air for sand blasting, the pressure should not be less than 0.5MPa.
