General procedure of operation of shot blasting machine

Equipment generally has an operating process. Only the correct operating process can ensure the safe and orderly production and higher work efficiency. The following introduces the operation process of shot blasting equipment.
    First, the inspection process
1. Before starting the operation, the equipment should be inspected. First, check the directional sleeves, blades, impellers, etc. of each shot blaster for wear. If the wear is too serious, replace it in time.
2. Check whether the shield in the room is worn, broken or broken. If it is severe, it should be replaced.
3. The condition of the protective sleeve of the roller table should be checked. If the wear-resistant sleeve or the protective sleeve ruptures, it must be replaced.
4. Check the seal condition. If the seal is damaged, it must be replaced.
5. Check whether all parts of the equipment that need to be lubricated can work normally.
6. Check the shot of the shot blasting machine. If it is broken, add a certain amount of shot.
7. Check the dust in the dust hopper of the dust collector or the ash in the ash discharge valve, and clean it in time.
8. Check the condition of the equipment's air pipes, cables, and air pipes. If there is any wear and tear, replace them in a timely manner.
     Second, the adjustment process
1. Before starting the machine, do the adjustment work. First, manually open the components in the order of starting the machine, and observe whether there is any abnormal situation or abnormal sound.
2. Put the workpiece to be shot blasted on the roller table, adjust the device for clearing the shot, and adjust it to an ideal state.
3. Adjust the angle of side blowing to ensure that the steps of pill removal can be performed without collision.
4. Adjust the amount of shots supplied by the equipment and the angle of the shot to meet the conditions required for cleaning.
5. Inspect all electrical components and reducer components of the equipment to ensure that their temperature will not be higher than 35 degrees Celsius.
     Third, the operation process
1. Be sure to do the pre-work inspection before starting the machine, including the inspection of the equipment and the inspection of the operator himself.
2. Before starting the machine, ensure that there are no unrelated personnel in the room where the equipment is located, and the relevant personnel should be in a safe area.
3. According to the requirements of the shot, determine the object of shot blasting operation, and choose the number of this job.
4. Start up according to the regulations. The startup procedure is to turn on the dust collector first, then the elevator, then the conveyor, then the shot blaster, the conveyor roller, the pellet feeder, and the blower fan.
In actual operation, when the machine is turned off, the shot blasting machine's blasting machine should be turned off first, and then the machine should be turned off in the reverse order of the startup. Then turn off the dust collector.
