1) It adopts four-column frame structure, heat treatment and aging treatment, and its structure is stable, rigid and not easy to deform;

2) The cold working of the fuselage and its structural components are completed by a large-scale high-precision machining center, which ensures the structural precision of each component;

3) The mold guide shaft and the sand guide shaft are made of 40Gr high-quality steel, which are made by advanced techniques such as quenching and tempering, high-frequency quenching heat treatment, high-precision processing and surface hard chrome plating (single side ≥0.08) to ensure the guide shaft. Rigidity, accuracy and wear life requirements;

4) Each guide bushing is made of high wear-resistant material and extended guide bush support guide to ensure its movement accuracy and positioning accuracy;

5) The guide shaft and guide bush of the worktable adopt automatic lubrication system, and each sliding friction mechanism is equipped with lubrication device to maintain equipment accuracy and extend service life;

1.Equipment painting completed before shipment, With Stretch film to avoid rub off the surface paint, It can used wooden cases packaging according to users requirements.(Key parts such as electric cabinet with shockproof packaging material and then packed in wooden cases. )
