Resin Sand Moulding Line

The resin sand moulding line is mainly composed of a vibrating table, a motorized roller table, a hydraulic rollover machine , and a transitional transfer trolley. The molding line can complete the processes of sand mixing, sand filling and vibrating, sand mold conveying, hardening, demoulding, painting and surface drying at the same time.

The working process is that the resin sand released by the sand mixer enters the sand box of the vibrating table, and after vibrating, it is hardened by the motorized roller table and the transfer trolley and then sent to the hydraulic rollover machine. The hydraulic rollover machine automatically completes the demoulding process and the output of the sand mold. The sand mold is sent to the roller line through the transfer trolley for spraying, surface drying and other processes; the sand mold is returned to the vibrating table through the transfer trolley for cyclic molding.

Application:

This equipment is mainly used to produce cast steel and cast iron parts.

Structure:

It consists of preparation station, vibrating station, surface drying hardening station, mold rollover station, mold repair station, pre-surface drying station, paint station, final surface drying station, storage station, core setting station, box closing station, pouring, cooling station, electric control system, etc.

Characteristics:

1. The working table size and loading capacity of each equipment of the resin sand molding production line, the production cycle and the process flow of the production line can be determined according to the user's requirements.

2. The whole line adopts PLC centralized control, high automation and stable process.
